The Third Meeting of the APEC Port Services Network (APSN) Council was held on September 16-17, 2010 in Shanghai, China. Council Members from Australia; Canada; China; Hong Kong, China; Japan; the Republic of Korea; Singapore; Chinese Taipei; Thailand; the United States of America, and Vietnam along with some 11 Regular Members from China and Hong Kong, China and Chinese Taipei and other observers attended the meeting.
