The 8th Meeting of the APSN Advisory Board was held in Cusco City, Peru on September 25, 2019. Eight Advisory Board Members from China; Hong Kong, China; Singapore; Republic of Korea; Peru; the Philippines; and Viet Nam, and two APSN Senior Consultants attended the meeting. Mr. Bui Van Quy, Chair of the Advisory Board, presided over the meeting. 

The meeting discussed the Revised Terms of Reference for the Advisory Board, Update on Five Year Strategic Plan (2019-2023) and Action Plan for 2020, Research Program of the APSN Study Center, and Proposal on Guidelines on Reapplying for GPAS. The Advisory Board also discussed additional issues and initiatives for the APSN in the future.

The Chair of the Advisory Board provided the Council with a summary of its deliberations and the Council thanked the Advisory Board for its very valuable advice and recommendations.
