Dr. Jia Dashan, Secretary-General of APSN, attended the 2023 Qingdao Forum on International Standardization on June 9, 2023. He also delivered a speech entitled "Strengthening Port Exchanges and Cooperation to Promote APEC Green Development" at the parallel forum of Standardization & Modern Green Port and Shipping. Dr. Jia shared the global trend and international standardization of green and sustainable development, and the Green Port Award System (GPAS). He also welcome all participants to the 2023 APSN Forum in Thailand this October.

The Parallel Forum on Standardization & Modern Green Port and Shipping was moderated by Mr. Li Fengli, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director and General Manager of Shandong Port Group. Distinguished speakers are included senior officials and industry leaders from International Association of Ports and Harbors, Department of Science and Technology of Ministry of Transport, China Ports and Harbors Association, Shandong Transportation Department, National Technical Committee 530 on Port of SAC, Port of Antwerp and other firms.
