APEC Port Services Network (APSN) is a non-profit organization newborn on 18 May 2008 in response to the directive of the 14th APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting.

TPTWG Transportation Working Group
The Transportation Working Group (TPTWG) fosters economic development in the Asia-Pacific region through recommendations to increase the efficiency, sustainability and safety of the regional transportation system. The vast distances that characterise the Asia-Pacific region and the dynamic growth of its economies highlight the importance of an efficient transportation system to guarantee further development. The TPTWG's areas of focus are: more competitive transportation industry (including infrastructure); safe and environment-friendly transportation systems (including new technologies); and human resources development.
