The Secretariat of APSN currently consists of Secretary-General, Deputy Secretary-General and 4 full-time staff based at the headquarters of the Organization in Beijing, China.

The Acting Secretary-General of the Organization is Mr. FEI Weijun(China), and the Deputy Secretary-General is Mr. ZHANG Linjiang.

The Secretariat carries out its work pursuant to the duties and responsibilities prescribed in the APSN Constitution.
